Alexis & Peter’s Serenity Point engagement session in South Topsail was perfectly timed between your typical afternoon thunderstorms of late summer. We lucked into clear sunny skies, no rain and a mild breeze, making our walk to the point a pleasant one. These guys were in town from Texas on a family vacation and wanted to celebrate their engagement with photos with their toes in the sand. It was Peter’s first trip but Alexis and her family makes this a regular venue for their family vacations. Once we made it to the point, there was almost no one around, with the low tide providing a lot of open beach for us to explore different compositions.
