I absolutely love photographing weddings—and I’ve been doing it full-time for over 15 years. From the little details to the first kiss, I’m passionate about capturing every moment. Honestly, second only to you, I’ll probably be the most excited person at your wedding (and yes, I will definitely geek out over golden hour portraits!). I combine composition, lighting, creativity, and the best professional digital equipment to ensure your wedding day is captured beautifully and timelessly. My approach focuses on authentic wedding photography—documenting real, natural moments and genuine emotion while giving just enough direction to help you and your partner feel comfortable in front of the camera. Every photo is personally edited by me using handcrafted presets, so your gallery feels warm, inviting, and consistent. My goal is to create images you’ll not only love today, but that will allow you to relive your wedding day for years to come.
We offer Wedding, Elopement, and Lifestyle Photography & Videography services to Southeastern North Carolina, and we’re always ready to travel — locally, across the country, or internationally. I’m a Wilmington native, born and raised, and I’ve always loved the outdoors and adventure. My first wedding was in 2004, the same year I graduated high school and took my first trip abroad to Costa Rica. That trip sparked two of my greatest passions: photographing weddings and traveling the world. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of documenting love stories across Colorado, New York, California, Texas, Oregon, Iceland, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and of course, all over North and South Carolina. No matter where I travel, my favorite place will always be right here in North Carolina—from the mountains to the sea. I grew up playing in the shore break on the South End of Wrightsville Beach and taking family camping trips to the mountains, both of which still feel like home. These experiences continue to shape how I see and capture the world.

I’m married and a proud dad to two amazing daughters (15 & 8) — they keep life fun, chaotic, and full of love.
I’m a serial hobbyist — when I’m not photographing weddings, you’ll probably find me fishing, surfing, skating, backpacking, rock climbing, snowboarding, or catching live music at a local brewery. Basically, if it’s outdoors, I’m into it.
In lieu of a large wedding, my wife and I eloped at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego, California.
My favorite vacation spot? Rincon, Puerto Rico — laid-back vibes and perfect surf.
Favorite country I’ve visited? Iceland, hands down. I’m dying to go back — if you’re eloping there, please take me with you!
Fun twist: I have an identical twin brother (yes, people still mix us up).
We’re big animal lovers — our home includes 3 dogs, 2 cats, 10 chickens, and a parrot (yes, it’s a bit of a zoo, but we love it).
