I’m so excited that your full gallery is complete! All packages include complimentary digital downloads of your images in full resolution. For weddings and large galleries, I have organized your images into categories to make the download process more efficient. Use the following instructions to safely download and backup your images, or skip down to the video showing you the quick process. While your images will be safe with me for quite some time (guaranteed 1 year), I would strongly advise you back-up every single image to ensure you can enjoy looking back on them for eternity.
- Visit the following Access Link and enter your Access Code, https://chriszachary.zenfolio.com/clients.html. Your access code will be your married last name + the year you were married. If you are unsure of your access code, shoot me an email and I will get that to you asap.
- Next you will navigate to each individual gallery you wish to download.
- Once on the gallery page, you will click on the “Select Photos” button from the menu at the top right, then click “Select – All” at the top left.
- Once you’ve selected all the images, navigate to the top right of the menu and click on “Download”.
- This will generate a .zip file of your gallery to download to your device. For larger galleries, it will prompt you to enter an email address, where it will notify you when your download is ready. (Usually a maximum of 15 minutes).
- Repeat the process for each gallery.
Again, I would strongly recommend you back up your images in a minimum of 2 locations (the more the merrier honestly). Cloud storage is a great option, as well as a USB drive stored in a safe place or an external hard drive. If you’re interested in a personalized USB, reach out and I can order that for you. They are $100 for a 16GB drive.
You can now use your downloaded photos to order prints (I like http://www.mpix.com) or you can order prints and products directly from your online album. All wedding clients can use their access code for 15% off prints & products, valid for 3 months following your online album delivery.
