I’ve been photographing weddings in Wilmington, North Carolina, for nearly 20 years, and in that time I’ve had the chance to work at just about every wedding venue in the area—many of them more than once. Each space can be transformed in countless ways, and seeing how a couple’s design team brings their unique vision to life is one of the things that makes my job so rewarding. No matter how many times I’ve photographed at a venue, it still blows me away to see it reimagined for each wedding.
