We headed down to Fort Fisher for Alex and Kristin’s Engagement Session last Tuesday. This is one of my favorite places to shoot, I always come back with some unique images, regardless of how many times i’ve shot there. It was also my first session with the new equipment and I’m really diggin the way things are looking. I have a bridal session and another engagement session this weekend, so keep an eye out for those. Also, if you haven’t already, head over to my Facebook page and “like” it, I’ve been making it a priority to keep it up to date with my most recent work. You can access it by clicking on the Facebook tab on the left side of the blog. It was hard to narrow down the images to post for the blog cause there was so many great ones, but here are a few of my favorites. I look forward to shooting their wedding in June….
I finished up the photos from Joe and Keely’s Wedding at the beginning of the month. I always tell myself I’m going to just make a small post showing only a few images, but once I start making the layouts I find it hard to narrow down the ones I like the most. Anyway, here’s some of those…
Almost finished up with their album, so I thought I’d post up some photos from the wedding. Everything turned out perfect and ran smoothly as planned! I hope the best to these two and hope they are settling in well as newlyweds! Cortney got her hair and make-up done at Salon Fringe in Downtown Wilmington, the ceremony took place at the Fort Fisher Recreation Area and the Reception was at the Watermark Marina. She also teamed up with Orchid Island Events for wedding day coordination and floral arrangements! Enjoy these images!
Jeremy and Cortney’s Fort Fisher wedding took place yesterday, so I can now post some of the images we made on Cortney’s Bridal Session. We did this session back in April at Fort Fisher in southeastern North Carolina. Cortney must be on great terms with the big guy upstairs because both her wedding and bridal sessions were forecasted to be rainy and stormy but both days ended up being perfect weather with beautiful light. We started out the session at the historic fort area before heading across the street to the beach to end up the session. She had an old antique chair that she wanted to incorporate into the shoot which turned out to be a very fitting prop. We came out with some incredible images. Here are some I wanted to share…
Bouquet arranged by Orchid Island Events
Hair and Make-up by Salon Fringe
I’ll have a preview of Jeremy and Cortney’s wedding up in the next couple weeks, so be on lookout for that.
