Fort Fisher Sunset…

Been a while since my last post. Working full time, school full time and full time family man seem to take up the majority of my time. However I have a few sessions booked for this month and a wedding coming up so should be back to posting in no time. Took a little vacation a couple weeks ago to Cali. Flew into San Diego then out of San Fran a week later. Did a lot of cool stuff and got a lot of sweet photos. I’ll have a post of those coming up soon. First off I wanted to post some landscape photo I took down at Fort Fisher on March 06. For those of you subscribed to my Facebook or Flickr, these are old news, but I wanted to shoot em up on the blog either way. Enjoy!

Fort Fisher, NC

Taking a break from editing some photos to post these. Had a family session Saturday down at Fort Fisher and there was some really cool light just before sunset. Here’s a couple snaps. The photos from the session will be up by tomorrow.

Here’s a sneak peek from the Family Session with Tony, Beth, Haley & Cheyane. More from the session will be up tomorrow.

Jeremy+Cortney | Engagement | Kure Beach, NC Photographer

Had a great engagement shoot with Jeremy and Cortney at Kure Beach. One of the best things about living on the east coast are the sunrises. Cortney requested having the shoot at sunrise and I jumped at the opportunity; I’m rarely up early enough to catch a sunrise. Looking forward to shooting their wedding next year.

Photo Of The Week – 10/13/08

This sunset shot was taken February 28, 2008 at 6:45PM at the end of Pleasure Island. Click here for a print of an HDR version of this photo.

Fort Fisher Aquarium.

Took a trip to the Aquarium today, after our failed attempt of driving the Georgia to get some wake shots at a rail park, and blowing a tire in Florence, SC. Needless to say, I put my cameras high ISO to to the test, and it failed, so I apologize for the excessive noise in a lot of the shots. Click on the shots above to view a slideshow of the mission.

Volkswagon Shoot

Took these out past Fort Fisher before sunset.
