I LOVE shooting weddings and I’ve been doing it full time for over 15 years. Everything from the little details to the first kiss, I’m in love with all of it. Second to you, I’ll probably be most excited person at your wedding. (I will absolutely geek out over some golden hour portraits!) I use composition, lighting, creativity & the best digital equipment available to ensure your special day will be elegantly captured and artfully processed, allowing you to relive these timeless moments forever. I focus on capturing real, natural and authentic moments and emotion, using techniques and direction to make you and your partner feel comfortable in front of my camera. I personally edit each image individually, using my own handcrafted presets, ensuring each image is consistent, warm and inviting.
I offer only the highest quality, eco-conscious, handcrafted products to go with your wedding or portrait session. Albums are from Red Tree, Packaging from Loktah and Printing from Millers Lab. A BIT ABOUT ME
A bit about me, I am a Wilmington native, born and raised. I love all things outdoors. I seek the adventure. My first wedding was in 2004, the same year I graduated high school, and the same year I took my first trip out of the country, to Costa Rica. This sparked my love for shooting weddings and traveling. I’ve travelled all over the place shooting weddings and documenting my travels; Colorado, New York, California, Texas, Oregon, Iceland, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and all over western North and South Carolina, to name a few. But my favorite place is right here in North Carolina, from the Mountains to the Sea. I love it all. I grew up playing in the shore break along the South End of Wrightsville Beach, and taking family camping trips to the mountains, both of which just feel like home. I spend my free time surfing and fishing in the summer months and snowboarding, camping, hiking & backpacking in the cooler months. 🙂
