Callan & Levi’s Airlie Garden’s Elopement was a small intimate ceremony, with just myself, Callan, Levi, Ron the officiant and Levi’s brother present. I actually got to sign the marriage license as a witness! Being in the military, their schedules were tight, but they saw a window to drive down and elope in the beautiful spring garden of the gorgeous Airlie Gardens. It was pretty busy for a monday, but the weather was perfect, the azaleas were in full bloom and the magnificent oak trees were filtering the light beautifully through the hanging Spanish moss. We hit a few of the best spots the gardens have to offer before our time ran out, and they had to book it back to Jacksonville for a flight to New Orleans (duty calls!). I’m so glad we were able to connect and they chose me to photograph such an intimate, meaningful event!
