This was my first time at one of Downtown Wilmington’s newest wedding venues, The Elia. Nestled in the heart of Downtown Wilmington, The Elia is the largest capacity venue in the downtown area and it has everything all the amenities you would ever need for your wedding day. After a beautiful ceremony in front of all of their family and friends, we took a little walk through Bijou Park down to the waterfront for bridal party and bride & groom portraits, with the stunning Cape Fear River and Wilmington’s famous drawbridge as our back drop.
